The Range Network Code of Conduct
The objective of The Range Network’s Code of Conduct is to maintain and enforce the highest standards of ethical and professional practices to ensure Membership a recognized mark of integrity, experience, and Constitutional rights defense.
ARTICLE I – Regard all information concerning the business and affairs of other Members as confidential, regardless of our professional and personal relationships.
ARTICLE II – Conduct ourselves in a way as to bring credit to our industry and enhance its standing.
ARTICLE III – Promote our services in a manner advancing the safety, skills progression and accountability of firearm usage and ownership. Ensure our conduct, practices and promotion of our locations, services and staff will not discredit or cause injury to our cooperative mission.
ARTICLE IV – Strive to broaden public perception and enhance public regard for the firearm industry as a whole.
ARTICLE V – With dedication to our guiding principles, The Range Network Members further pledged to:
- Honor and follow through on agreements made verbally or otherwise to fellow Members and Partners.
- Deal fairly with the public and with fellow professionals with both respect and with the legitimate interests of others.
- Respect the intellectual property others.
- Take action to promptly to correct erroneous communications and not knowingly disseminate false or misleading information.
- Take actionable steps to ensure that all materials on their platforms are in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and the tenets of reasonable precaution.
- Not disparage other members by statement or innuendo to clients or prospective clients.
- Respond to any complaint or violations filed with The Range Network and participate in all processes and procedures with respect to such a complaint.
- Agree to actively participate in organizational events with decorum and respect towards Members, Guests, and Partners
I understand The Range Network’s Leadership will review any infractions of the letter and intent of the Code of Conduct with regard to proper ethical behavior and integrity. Furthermore, any Member who violates the spirit and letter of the rules as set down by The Range Network may be faced with disciplinary action and/or expulsion from Membership. Upon acceptance into The Range Network, we hereby agree to abide by the Code of Conduct, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies of The Range Network. In the event it is determined I am in violation of the Code of Conduct, I further agree to the disciplinary action and/or expulsion from the organization, agreeing to waive all legal remedies against The Range Network or its Members for such action. I further understand the Membership in The Range Network is to be based upon the above qualifying information.
